I'm an enthusiastic writer/editor with over 20 years of experience with particular training in the
area of environmental review. From 1990 to 1999 I edited the printed word for the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA). I was editor for a three-volume Shoreline Management Initiative Environmental Impact Statement
and also wrote effective NEPA documents, and applied the NEPA process. At the TVA I would often peruse a letter, report, or article before it left the office.
